"The store has many things we need. Unfortunately many of the younger employees do not realize what customer service is about. Many times we are going there to purchase items such as bags of cement, mulch, etc., or long pieces of wood. There are rarely any specialty flat carts in the store, and we have to go get our own in the parking lot. The last time my husband walked up to 3 young men (employees) standing together who were talking and looking at their phones. My husband asked if there were any flat carts available. The boys told my husband that they were all outside, and that he could walk outside and get one. This is s direct reflection on the management of this store."

"Two older people purchasing 16 feet pressure treated 2x6s. Absolutely no help from 2 employees--just standing around. One does ask a younger gentleman with 8 feet 2x4s if he needs help. May need to retrain associates."

"The customer care lady was quite rude. She should evaluate her approach. Buyer beware, too, since she informed us that returned merchandise is restocked and sold as new. Home Depot going forward. Everyone else on the sales floor has always been wonderful but that lady in CS made sure that we would not be going back to Lowe’s."

"Deleted my original review to post new one. The last time I went to buy a pressure and stood around for 25 minutes waiting. Had 5 different people come tell me they were going to get someone else to unlock the machine and no one ever showed up so I left with no pressure washer and got one at an orange store. Today went in to get composite decking loaded up 11 16' planks (not light at all) that were labeled at $32. Got to the register and they ring up for $41.80. After telling the lady at the register that they are ringing up wrong she tells me I just got the wrong one. I even went to the planks and took a picture and showed her. She still tells me I just got the wrong one. There were 4 different colors and the only one that was listed for $41.80 was the brown NOTthe gray I chose. All the other colors were listed $31-32. Can I pick the "wrong" product if there is clearly only 1 brown color listed for the $41.80? The lady never offered to have a supervisor come take a look just telling I got the wrong product. Again I left and kept my money to spend some place else. After telling her I didn't want them if they wouldn't honor the listed price she tells the guys working there I've changed my mind and don't need the product! So frustrating. I didn't change my mind because I didn't need the product I changed my mind because I didn't want to pay $9 more than the listed price. I doubt I will be back after this experience. It's really a shame because the customer experience at this store used to be excellent and that's not the case anymore. I've bought a bunch of stuff here in the past but just probably won't be back."

"I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door by the employee that was working in customer service, which was great because I needed help finding what I was there for. She directed me to aisle 4 - I didn’t see what I was looking for, so there were two other female employees walking up the aisle. I grabbed them and asked them, and they told me the same thing I was in the correct dial, but they only had the color white (I was looking for a tub and shower repair kit) but I believe it was my fault because I said I was looking for a resurfacing kit– either way customer service was great. The store is extremely clean and organized and all of the employees seem to be very knowledgeable and kind. Five star review for you, Lowe’s."
