"A gym inside the MacDill Air Force base. A gym with endless training rooms, for all levels. Well maintained, a variety of professional equipment, weights, running equipment, walking, stairs, many training rooms - spinning, basketball, volleyball and more. Outside the halls there are spacious sports fields for the base personnel to use. Inside the complex is a buffet that offers a variety of protein types at affordable prices. High level, highly recommended!"
