"Scam company. They stole my money and they never refunded my $330. I have an email from Sofia Burnett ( scam ) stating that they initiated the refund of$330. it has been weeks since this email was sent and no money was refunded. I kept calling no answer. Their customer service blocked my number. I had to file a claim with my bank. I received another email from the charlatan Sofia saying that I need to drop the claim in order to get my money back. I did dropped the claim I kept calling her no answer , I called the customer service no reply they kept hanging up on me and blocking my number. I’m going to file a complaint at the state attorney office and a police report. The name of the charlatan is Sofia Burnett and the supervisor Nelson and another awful customer service Dominic and another crook that he calls himself a supervisor Skylar white. Stay away from this scam company."

"Bait and switch. I didn't get the deal that I found on their site. Then they upcharged every ticket I bought by $200. I got the tickets, yes, but was overcharged by $800. I didn't know I was overcharged when I agreed to pay. I thought that was the price of the flight. But when I went to my record locator on American Airlines it says I paid $200 per person less than what I paid the travel agent. When I called American Airlines, they confirmed the price they were paid. When I call the agent, he said that they will be paying American Airlines more. And that if they don't pay American Airlines, I will get a refund. I don't believe it. It was all too shady for words. Here's the update as of November, 2020: Zero stars. Yesterday I tried to use my credit for two tickets. Travolie is charging an ADDITIONAL $75 per ticket in order for me to use my credit with AA--even though there is no fee with AA to change the ticket. Even when I chose tickets that cost less than what I paid for the first tickets, the $75 per ticket charge is beyond that. Doesn't come out of the original money I paid. Travolie is taking advantage of us AGAIN! I couldn't stomach giving this terrible company more money. For your own good, don't use this company."

"Too bad 0 stars is not allowed. Company is unreliable and dishonest with terrible costumer service. Because of this company I’m out $400.00. It’s false advertising and they should be sued, or in the least reported. Beware of this fraudulent company. And also, I plan to Post this same message to every website that I can find that posts reviews for this company."

"My 5 stars is not for the Travolie Company, rather for the customer service representative who assisted me with several issues when Travolie failed to deliver the deal I was promised. While I would not recommend booking through Travolie, as their failure to deliver the initial deal I was promised has shown me that they are not a reliable company, I will say that their customer service team is excellent, specifically George Oswell. George listened to my situation and spent an hour communicating with both the airlines and myself in order to get me a deal comparable to the initial deal I paid for. George was patient, efficient, polite, and ultimately provided me with round trip tickets that satisfied all of my requests, while remaining in my price range. George Oswell did a fantastic job."

"Don't buy from this agency they take your money from your credit card and there's no ticket when you want to check in. Please they are layers. I call my credit card to star an investigation because they don't send me my ticket confirmation. And they take the money right away from my credit card. I call them yesterday and today and they answer and put you on hold and then they hang out. Please people be aware of this agency. Layers layers layers. Don't buy tickets from this agency. I will report them in the news too."
