"In the midst of my elderly mother getting set up for hospice, her refrigerator stopped functioning properly. With luck I called this company and from the first person I spoke to (I believe it was Lisa), to Joe the technician who came out, I received excellent service. It turns out the appliance is broken and parts can't be replaced because of a Sears ripoff policy, but this company is helping to replace it as soon as possible because they understand the dire situation that we are in here. I am very lucky to have called them. Post date: had it delivered today by Khori. He managed to move the old one out by himself, no easy task and get the new one in. He was very pleasant and good at what he did. My mom's apartment was tricky and he had a lot of maneuvering but he never got frustrated. Cool and calm. Great business all the way through to the end."
