"Just used the bathroom. Was very dirty. Pee all around toilet. Trash on the floor. Stuff all in the sink. Very bad smell"
"Very poor customer service clerks are extremely rude not helpful at all seems the atmosphere is very charged and attitudes of clerks seem aggressive and very standoffish I wouldn't reccomend."
"Went in, some of the fountain drinks were out of the drink (just spouted carbonation.) One of the cups in the actual dispensers had some kind of fluid in it (hopefully water) meaning that I don't think it's very clean in there. Lady in front of me was actually yelled at by the clerk because she was having trouble with her payment. I understand that payment doesn't work sometimes but screaming at a customer, "NO, IT'S NOT WORKING, YOU NEED TO USE SOMETHING ELSE," isn't how anyone should act in customer service to a customer. (Again, it was the tone and the volume, not necessarily what she said.) I should have left but had already had a couple products in my hand. When I approached, she charged me full price for a product that had a promotional sign out that was 2/$2. I told her there was a sign. She told me there wasn't. I said, "Yes, it's right there." She again said there wasn't. I said, "Where would I have gotten that information from if there was no sign?" Another customer said, "Yes, it says that, actually." She went over, comically grabs the sign, reads it, then says, "That's expired," shows me a tiny little text in the corner that says 8/2/2023 (it was 8/3 and the text she showed me didn't even say, "Expires 8/2/2023, just shows the date) throws it behind the counter and charges me full price ($1.49 each.) That's alright, 7-11. You want to charge me an extra 98 cents? I'll pay 98 cents to write this long detailed review and if it takes even one customer from you, you'll lose more than the 98 cents I overpaid. Enjoy the 98 cents..."
"This store went up in my neighborhood just prior to the outbreak of Covid. It is fairly new. On several visits inside the store. I find it messy and dirty. Today, 7-1-2023 in and around 4:30. I have never seen such a mess. I entered the store to find overflowing garbage cans out front to the point of spilling over. Inside, going for a coffee, that whole lane in front back section of the store was a disaster. Spills of coffee all over work station, floors filthy such as trash on the floor, liquids on the floor with it just showing a trail to check out. The dirtiest of dirty. Only saw one employee working register. It often gets bad, but this experience needed a review. I didn't have my phone to take pictures since it's very close to my house, 3 min. drive. Management needs an intervention. I understand it's a holiday weekend, but what an embarrassment to the community. It was disgusting."
"Your Breakfast Pizza is really good! Sometimes it's not available! I've been told, they won't cook it! This is location Puritan & 56th St., Tampa, FL. On 50th & Busch Blvd, the bottom crust was sooo hard, I couldn't bite it. They wouldn't cook more. Another day I tried another location, MLK & Armenia Ave. It was 10 AM, he said it was too late to cook. The older gentleman in that store is very rude."
