"February 2020 was our third February monthly rental of unit 211 at the Vanderbilt Palms. That we keep returning is a testament to how much we enjoy Naples, this particular unit, it's proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops, the roof top pool and the owners, Bernice and Steven. Bernice and Steven present you a unit that is meticulously clean, comfortable furnishings, and well equipped to cook all of your meals. The view of Naples Bay is spectacular as you sit and eat your meals at the bistro table. Bernice and Steven are welcoming owners and always available to make your stay the best it can be, answering your questions and/or addressing any needs you may have with the unit. "It's been my home for the past 4 years for the short month of February. No way near long enough!. Steve and Bernice are the very best, caring, thoughtful owners . They are reason I want to return; the regular seasonal people provide a diverse and friendly inclusive atmosphere, even if the weather doesn't always cooperate, there are so many physical fitness activities, boating, arts, culture....too numerous to name."

"Bernice and Steven were quite delightful, as was the condo they rented to us. They met us there when we arrived to tell us how everything worked. The condo was situated at a very good location to us, as we have family in the area. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We were there for a wedding so we had a lot going. Next time we will enjoy some of the amenities the property has to offer, like the pool. Thanks so much, you are great people."

"Wonderful stay at Vanderbilt Palms in Naples. Owners were very helpful and friendly. The condo was thoughtfully decorated and spotless. I loved the rooftop pool as well as being just one block away from the beach for that early morning walk or enjoying a glass of wine watching the sun set. Location is perfect for shopping, access to 41 as well as 75. Hope to stay again soon."

"Great little condo with lots of special touches. It is small, but decorated with attention to detail and cleanliness. Perfect for a couple looking for intimate get away. I loved the curtains at the end of the bed creating a romantic atmosphere of a canopied bed. Space is used wisely. Two flat screen TVs, wifi, and great balcony. I love the location....washer/dryer was a bonus. Very nice owners....definitely would go back! I loved the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. We had it to ourselves except for one afternoon.
