"Robert at Gen Service did a great job! He was professional and did quality work. It was frustrating looking for a company to service my generator on a timely basis that knew what they were doing. I had an error code 1207 on my Generac Generator and the red light was on. I was worried that something was seriously wrong since I felt the previous maintenance person did a poor job. I called around and some other companies either couldn’t come out or wouldn’t return my calls. Quality service is in short supply these days. Robert at Gen Service answered my call and was out the next day. He showed up on time with all the proper tools and equipment and immediately went to work. He is very experienced in what he does and it shows. He answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction.
