"I would not recommend this establishment. He was called to do a small cartridge change in a bathtub fixture. It took him 20 minutes. He charged a trip charge of $35. (I randomly called four other plumbers after that and all of them said they did not charge a trip charge). He charged $120 for his 20 minutes of work and when I asked him if he took a credit card he said yes. But never bothered to tell me that he charged $15 if you used the credit card. (Again the four other places I checked with did not do that). When I questioned him about the $120 when he was only there for 20 minutes I was told well it took him time to come to the job to which I responded ....”but you charged me $35 to come to the job” he had no answer. His total bill came to $245."
