"Don't rent from this management company. They have black mold growing in there apartment complex in Tecumseh. Risking people's lives and health. They don't care about you. All they care about is your money. They lie too you. And then when you move out they will lie and say you moved without there approval."

"Cimco management does NOT communicate well. They are responsive in the beginning to show the property but after you pay the $75 per person application fee it's impossible to get anyone on the phone or a text back. We applied for a property and NEVER heard back. I finally got them to answer almost 2 weeks later to say they went with another tenant. That's 2 weeks of not being sure if I should spend money on other applications or not. In my area rentals are posted and gone within a day so it's imperative to jump on every single find immediately. It would have been nice to know we weren't chosen as soon as they made their decision. My advice is to have paperwork ready and cash in their face to make sure you get a spot on their busy schedule. (Note: They didn't ask for any cash up front but throwing money at people always gets their attention...nothing else did)"

They are using an online system so I can be up to date with everything that is happening with my properties, even during the pandemic they did everything they could to protect the landlord interest.
