Marine Villas Hollywood

"Had a wonderful time at Marine Villas in October 2022. The place was in a great location (a bit away from the noisy night life further north on the boardwalk), great for walking along the beach, biking further to the pier look out, a beautiful beach a few steps out the door. We loved our stay, the place was very clean (we had a bachelor unit), kitchen has what you need for your own cooking, coffee etc, comfortable beds, laundry available if needed, beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided! Lisa is a wonderful manager, very friendly, easy to get a hold of, chat with, and she can answer a lot of questions you may have. We'll be back if we ever visit Florida again! Thanks Lisa."

"We had such a good time. The room was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the proximity to the beach, the broadwalk and the direct view towards the water from our room and balcony. We went in the middle of summer so it was very hot during the day, but by chance the room comes with 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels so we were all equiped to spend the day on the beach comfortably. The fully equiped kitchen was very useful for some homemade meals, plus the exterior lounge chairs and tables allowed us to eat outside all the time. We also enjoyed the walkable distance to plenty of beach front restaurants and activities. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, excellent for some relaxing vacations, but very close to plenty of activities and only 30 minutes away from downtown Miami to go explore its vibrant neighborhoods. We highly recommand it!"

"Unbelievable location, just steps from the Beach and famous Hollywood Broadwalk. The south end is quiet and peaceful. We stayed here for 3 months and we were sad to leave. Lisa is awesome and extremely knowledgeable about the local area and always ready to help make your stay better. When we arrived in January we found Marine Villa under new ownership and saw major changes during our stay. All for the better. This is now a very comfortable, extremely clean, safe and relaxing location. We loved the neighborhood and we were treated like family. I highly recommend this establishment. The 1 bedroom we stayed in had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation and if you do need anything just ask Lisa and she will do her best to find it for you. We were sad to leave and can't wait to come back next year. Thank you Lisa, Mara, Pierre and Donny. It was a pleasure."

"First and foremost, Diane is what makes this place a memorable experience. From the beginning, she stated that she was going to be my Florida mom! She really ensured that I was always comfortable and felt safe. My place was everything I could have asked for! Beautiful old Florida vibe! Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the supplies needed (toaster, coffee maker, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc). My bedroom was SO COMFORTABLE and the bathroom had everything I needed to feel at home! Fresh towels were always stocked and every Friday, the housekeeper would switch out the old towels and ensure I had fresh ones for the next week. Again, Diane is just an amazing woman, so much knowledge and experience, she really made me feel like this was my home away from home! Of note, having a dedicated parking spot was a TREASURE; especially being so close to the water, parking is always hard to find at most locations but not at the Marine villas! Also, being steps away from the beach, I mean come on, could this get any better! Will definitely be coming back and staying at the Marine Villas when I am back down in South Florida again!"

"I had an excellent experience with Marine Villas. I live locally and had a family member visiting, so I decided to book a room for her at Marine Villas. Booking was seamless, and they offer very good rates for this area. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. It had a full kitchen stocked with dishes and appliances (full refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). We opted for a studio since it was just a short stay, but even the studio was roomy, and they offer one-bedroom units as well. The staff was excellent. The manager explained to me the additional precautions that they're taking due to the ongoing pandemic. The location is prime--less than a block from the beach, and second floor units even have a beautiful view of the ocean from the catwalk. The south end of the beach in Hollywood is great--close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants, but far enough from the center of the action on the boardwalk that it's still quiet and serene. I highly recommend Marine Villas and will definitely use them again!"
