"Welllll....as owners here....HSR is pretty outdated, needs a refresh. Same couch pillows for last 10? years? Same plates, same utensils, etc. Nothing ever changes here, so if you like Same old same old than welcome! I do love it here because of location, but spend $$$ on a refresh....it would go a long way! Also had the experience of 13" rain in 36 hours, that was a wow moment! Sand from top to bottom of HSR and it was sand blasted Pronto by staff! Bravo to him! Cleaned pool.chairs by throwing into pool?? OK"

"I discovered this resort on a business trip in 2008. It was my first time in Hollywood and I knew pretty quickly it was my happy place. We’ve been going there every year since then. It’s the best vacation every year. Perfectly located and the staff and guests are friendly and welcoming."

"We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the room and the location. It's a compact room with a fold down bed, but the unit does give you everything a couple needs to hang out. The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. The pool is small but good for a quick dip right by the beach. There's a separate hot tub and grilling area behind the reception building. Overall it's a great location to be able to enjoy the beach, restaurants and bars, Beach shops and the three mile boardwalk."

"Great vacation stay! My family has had a timeshare here for nearly a decade and we love it! The location is amazing. It's right on the Broadwalk! The view from the balcony is beautiful. The workers are friendly as well. They are always willing to help in any way they can! The rooms in the East building are pretty tiny spaces, especially since the king-sized bed takes up almost the entire room. However, it has everything you could ask for in a beach resort! 5 stars easily!!!"

"Horrible experience! Booked a room on Expedia months before the date of arrival via plane and when we got there with our 2 kids they told me they didn’t have my reservation and that there system was down and after sitting around there for 3 hours with my kids and them sitting out in the car the whole time they told us they had no extra rooms for us to stay at and that they would relocate us way down at the other end of the boardwalk which is not a good part of the boardwalk after all said and done we ended up having to find our own place and paid double the money at a place I felt I could trust for my family! This vacation turned into a nightmare all because of them and double booking!!"
