They had to remove the toilet to snake the main drain and they were very careful to keep areas of the bathroom clean and undamaged while moving the toilet out and reinstalling it. "McCullough Plumbing replaced an old tub and tile with a new Koehler tub and surround in a third floor condo (no elevator, only stairs) I manage. This condo is a short term rental, we blocked off 4 days, Chase assured me it would be done in time for our next guests. Not only was it done in time, it was done in only 3 days!! The demo of the old tub and tile and the install was done and complete on day 1. The sheetrock, finish and painting the entire bathroom was finished within the next 2 days.
