"I like the previous set up. Now when paying you have to wait for someone to direct you to a cashier or self checkout. Is not pleasant and even though they have a lot of cashiers the wait line takes too long and some of the self checkout ladies treat you like cattle. They used to have more variety before, now with the new set up seems like they have more but actually they have less variety."

"I was looking for Christmas projector lights, but unable to locate after 15 minutes of searching associate, Roxie, approached me offering assistance. She was amazing and guided me directly to exactly what I was looking for. Then assisted me in checking out. She notified me of protection plan offers 2yrs. For $3. That was a no-brainer! I spent more time searching for the item than the 5 mins it took after Roxie's assistance finding it and checking out. Thank you Roxie!! You deserve a raise for your stellar store knowledge and customer service!"

"I was discriminated in the liquor store. I have been in there in the past with grocery bags and have seen other people with bags and carts in there. Last time I went the worker yelled at me when I entered saying “can I help you?” I said no I’m ok and she followed me and was yelling that I need to leave my grocery bag of food that I just bought inside the store outside of the liquor store. The worker was very aggressive so I decided to just leave and spend my money else where. I know some liquor stores have a no bag policy but this Walmart never has and I feel like I was singled out. I would be happy to leave my bag outside but the worker was yelling and being aggressive so it was better to just leave. Maybe better employee training on customer service and policy is needed."

"Terrible at grocery pickup area. They have canceled on me twice. The first time was without an explanation and I just received a text saying my ordered had been canceled. The second time was delayed by 2 hrs. When I called the guy in charge (or so I think) said it was because it was lighting and he would “not exposed the associates to that”. I decided then to reschedule for the next day since it kept lighting and it was 8pm already. I woke up the next day with my order canceled via email. Currently I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for my 4pm pickup order today and been here for 35 min waiting. What is going on in this area and why do they care so little about proper service???"
