"I used to love Ollie's. The customer service lacks horribly. He asked if we had an Ollie's card, I picked up the paper to look at it, and he said I can't let you take that. Lord knows after the rest how mad he would have been had i signed up for a discount! There are rugs in a bin labeled 5x7 for 18.99. Apparently I was bothering the clerk when the number didn't scan. He had an attitude. Someone else came up to find a number, yet I said 4 times where I found it. Told the clerk in the beginning so it saved time to find it. Nope. Then he was mad it was taking so long. He walked off. When the sale was done he handed us our receipt and said nothing I said, thank you. He turned his face away and ignored me. How perfectly rude. So I said again. Thank you! He said your welcome. The store has things everywhere. I don't think I will be back. Really didn't find many deals and customer service isn't good."

"Update: 8/9 last few visits I have left without finishing shopping store was in such dissoray but today was like waking into another store. Was zoned up nice, clean and organized. Great place for discounted books and random stuff. Will find great deals on some things and some things will be same price as Walmart but priced like a great deal. Store is set up by areas but merchandised very disorganized. A lot of items are closeouts so always different stuff to keep you checking back. Usually hit or miss but worth a stop."
