"I brought both a vacuum and a sewing machine that needed repair into A to Z . They quickly looked over them to discover the issues. The vacuum needed multiple replacement parts and the sewing machine had a broken gear deep in the housing. Wayne (the owner) told me that fixing this gear on such an old sewing machine was probably not worth the labor and parts required to fix it. In about 3 days, Wayne called back and said the vacuum was fixed. When I picked the vacuum up, everything was fixed and in good working order. His bill was very reasonable and I appreciated his honesty about the sewing machine. I will use A to Z Sewing and Vacuum again when I have a problem."
