"Terrible company. I would stay away. Their leases are made to screw the tenants. Read your lease very careful. Never have I heard you have to leave the utilities in your name til it’s rerented. Also, even given plenty of notice they won’t let you out of your lease. They try to screw you every chance they get. They are horrible about serving their units. Beware of their rentals. Also, the receptionist is one of the rudest people to do business with. I was a great tenant for 2 years & they are the worst company I have ever rented from. I have documented with pics & text messages my whole interaction with CW & the owner of the home we rented. Stay away from CW!!!"

"RENTERS STAY AWAY! This is the WORST company to rent from. We recently signed a contract for a property that they were in charge of. House door locks didn't work, broken window locks in the bathroom, black stuff in vents, missing light covers, smoke detectors out of date, and many other nightmares. I made this aware to the property manager Lee Richardson who did not even respond to me. The front desk clerk who has poor customer service responded to me stating those were cosmetic and will not be fixed by their company nor the owner because they don't have the money. I finally had enough and brought the keys and garage door openers to them and demanded my money back because they were in blatant violation of the Landlord/Tenant Law and violation of Florida building codes. They did a mutual lease agreement termination and refunded me my security deposit and first month's rent, minus $500 for "admin" fees. It's a small price to pay for safety of my family and not have to deal with this horrible company. I had the property for 5 days."

While we were living there they always provided prompt responses to any of our concerns and extremely prompt responses to all maintenance concerns. While living there we were building our dream home and construction happened to run over , they were gracious enough to extend our lease until our new home was completed.
