"Beautiful apartment in a great location. Super convenient to the grocery store, shopping, the beach and Miami proper. Things we loved: The appliances and having a washer/dryer was great. The staff was excellent, especially valet 24 hour check in which was great because we got delayed multiple times Access to a gas station Things we didn’t love: It’s like most city apartments, you can hear everything and our upstairs neighbors must have had kids. Kids everywhere - great for a family trip, probably too family friendly for our tastes Elevators had a very long wait multiple times (like 15 min+) Overall the things we didn’t love are outside of the control of the host and the apartment is really nice. Would stay with this host again but probably at a location with fewer kids/families. Host was super responsive and it was a holiday so that was way above my expectations."

"1.The sheets were extremely dirty. 2. The washer/dryer creases are dirty & filled with dust & other residue. 3. The guest bathroom to the left has a dirty toilet. 4. The bathroom to the left towel rack literally fell without anyone even pulling on it- face cloth and towels fell on filthy floor. 5. There are different color strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the seats in the living area, couch & beds/sheets in bedrooms and towels hanging on rack in master bathroom; which makes it very clear that you guys are not cleaning well….or potentially at all. 6. 2 out of 3 TV’s do not work. 7. Valet parking is RIDICULOUS & not even really valet…waiting for 15 minutes for your car to come down even after they already told you it was ready is NOT valet! 8. The battery in the doorknob died so our cards stopped working. We waited for it to be fixed for 45 minutes. That’s almost an hour taken out of a vacation day because you failed to assure that your doorknob battery is up to par for guests before we arrive. We missed our boat tour due to this door issue... 9. The stove was dirty and sticky. WE had to clean it. The resort is nice but our room hosted by Zen Vacation Rentals is extremely dirty & we were inconvenienced on multiple occasions throughout our stay. To add, it is extremely puzzling that with such a dirty space, you guys send us an email telling us to take out trash and basically clean the space up, when it wasn’t clean in the first place. Also, take the trash out- for why? If we have to do it and live in a dirty space for days, what are we paying a cleaning fee for? Seriously? The proof is in the photos. You can see that this room is dirty. What are you guys cleaning? What really is this fee for because it definitely is not going toward quality cleaning. Why do guests have to take out trash if we’re paying a cleaning fee? All in all, our experience with your room has not been good & I genuinely feel as though we should have booked elsewhere! ... For some ODD reason all pictures will not attach..."

"Everything in this stay was great! We enjoyed the beautiful view, and the pool. The room was for two bedrooms and had everything needed and more. The balcony view was breathtaking! There was seating on each section, with sliding doors and I really loved how spacious it was. The view day and night was amazing! The kitchen had everything you needed! The closet space was huge! The beds were comfortable. The staff was great, and all very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back! I highly recommend this stay.
