"If I can put no stars I would , this unit at 825 courtington lane I wouldn’t move into it’s not even worth 1725 , me and my family went weeks without ac when it did get fixed I was told there was mold inside of it (which I have a lawyer for now ) they didn’t bother to come out to fix the next day , also mold kept appearing in my bathroom on the wall to the point it was a bad smell , when I moved in it was a leak under the kitchen sink , then the bathroom had a leak to the point it came inside the master bedroom and the rug and wall had to be torn apart, after the hurricane they jacked the rent up like they doing now , none of my repairs was getting done because I kept be lied to about someone will be coming ,place is a piece of trash !!! I will never rent from this investment group again !!! I got help through a agency for my deposit and was told I would not get anything back which I kinda knew she would do 2000 gone in her pockets don’t fall for this unit WARNING"

She keeps all of your deposits ( first, last, and security ) then has collections on you for thousands more on a 1400 a month home. Not to mention, continues to collect $100 application fees for weeks after home is off market.
