"Received an EMAIL five days before arriving to the Sea Oats condos, flying in from out of state, that the AC would not be working for the entire week we'd be there. The only concession offered was to refund our fully paid balance. Because we had flights, car rental, and other housing all pre-paid, we really had no choice. We asked them to provide fans, one for each bedroom (two couples), but they only provided one. We asked them to at least discount the price, no. The construction noise directly above our top floor condo was so loud a couple of the days, we had to leave. On top of all that red tide was heavy (red) the entire week. We were coughing in the condo since we had to keep windows open with no AC. Dead fish everywhere. I think I'm done with Florida."

"Don't use these people. Melissa Csank takes advantage of elderly people to "recommend" expensive contractors to do work not required by the contract. They also don't know the difference between furniture and furnishings, so they unscrupulously negotiate at the 11th hour."
