"Do not rent from these people, the only care about the people who own the homes not renters. They kept almost my whole deposit over a hole in the carpet. My 2 years there I felt completely isolated and attack over any little issue. Music on at 11 am? Too early. Driving 25 in a 15? Best beleive you’ll get a email about a warning. Horrible In response to the mess below: the pet was not mine: don’t act like we didn’t already talk about this? And my home wasn’t a mess. Infact we had people coming up to me while moving out asking to look to lease because your company doesn’t response very well and every single person that came said how nice it was and well kept. The carpet I did take responsibility for , but 1,000 dollars for a hole less than 2ft a bit of a stretch when I had quotes for 200-300. You can respond all you want, at the end of the day you won’t change my experience with you. Ironically this is the most communication I’ve gotten with you on my 2 years there!! So nice to hear you care more about your rep than the people who pay your checks :)"
