"Haven’t been in years, but when we did go everything was perfect."

"This was supposed to be a 5 day stay, but the house was unacceptable. The couches were stained. The pillows on the bed had yellow stains. The blinds were torn. The shower was not clean. My daughter said there was blood on the sheets in the room she was in. I tried calling and emailing them to be put in another property of there's. I got an aswering service. We slept on our towels and throw blankets being we arrived at 2 am. The following morning I was told they don't have anything but if I check out by 10am they would only charge me for one day. The pictures they show is not the home you get. Nothing close to the pictures of any of the properties you see. Trip ruined, its spring break and everything was booked so we had to book a different room every day with our kids"
