"We absolutely loved the location & the town of safety harbor. The unit is nicely decorated and was perfect for our needs. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that upon arrival we walked into an unclean room with towels in the washer. We spent time washing the sheets, making beds & wiping down the unit. They did make it right by refunding our cleaning fee but it was not the experience we wanted or expected."

We received a unit in the back with tenants you say be kind they are permanent yea they are busy til midnight. Yes it was a cold day and evening but more blankets would be nice since the plug in heater was not enough. Let’s talk about the wine glasses in the cupboard that were dirty. I know there is no dish washer but they were not clean. I emailed about the coffee machine ahead asked for the info. You left us Carmel that’s not coffee. Worst. The maids must have mopped the floor with the shag shower mat cuz it was dam wet and dripping wet. Real sad experience for Expedia. The star is for location."
