"We stayed here a week. It’s convenient to everything in Tampa. Beautiful large sites. Nice pool. Restaurants & Grocery very close. Easy drive to downtown or anywhere in the Tampa area. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Love this RV Resort. We’re coming back. Strongly recommend it. Very safe part of town."

"It’s a very very nice small campground, the service is impeccable and it has a heated swimming pool, laundry room, etc. Everything is new and everything was done with a lot of taste for the deco. The emplacement is also great and easy to get where ever you want and there a lot of amenities and goods restaurants nearby. My only complaint would be that it is a bit noisy but, it’s noisy everywhere in Tampa Bay, so... and it was not a problem for us. Thanks for the great stay and Ariana and Dave where great and very helpful. We stay two weeks."

"Good location for accessing downtown Tampa. Nice paved RV sites with good amount of space. Easy to get in and out. Very nice pool with hot tub. Owner is nice and willing to help make your stay enjoyable. Another plus - You can launch a kayak into the river to get to the bay from the park. Only downside is the traffic noise if you’re on that side of the park but it’s the price you pay for city location."

"Just called to ask about annual leases, the receptionist was very curt..."we are not a living facility we do reservations". Please note that there is a polite way to speak with people. Training in Customer service skills definitely needed. The resort is lovely, I did take the opportunity to drive through it. Really tight but well maintained."
