"Stayed for a three day weekend for softball. Great place. Super nice staff. Very well maintained. Would stay again. Residents were super nice, and the place hosts many daily events including serving food and social evenings. There is a whole calendar of events available. If I were to snow bird I would definitely consider this place."
"This is one of, if not the prettiest rv resort in Florida. They are almost always booked, so reserve early, especially during winter months. There are a pair of bald eagles that nest nearby during winter. There are also more species of birds in this little pocket of nature than I can count. This is the kind of place that makes you want to call it home. Highly recommended."
"A great home base for a work trip to Tampa with my relatively young family. I say relatively because the majority of the residents are seasonal seniors. That's fine, but for many, it seemed they felt we were intruding on their turf. That said, the staff was great, the grounds were excellent, and we had a good time. If you're a senior snowbird who loves participating in organized activities, you'll love the place. If you're a younger family who doesn't care for busy bodies and cold shoulders, your results may vary."
