"Never in my life have I been belittled to the point of tears for repeating someone’s own words back to them … Honestly it was bad business practice on their end from the start … First They “forgot” we were their clients and never called for the scheduled phone call in which they scheduled … They finally reached out after our lender had requested a different realtor only for them to put us off on Someone else who repeatedly tried pushing us to put an offer in on a property that they themselves said at viewing would not pass inspection … Called to ask to view a different property this evening because we were told by them via zoom meeting with them and our lender “if we wanna view a property let them know , we don’t have time to wait on daylight ” … So we did just that only to be brought to physical tears and made to feel like a hindrance for doing as they instructed …"

"I don't know what it is about these people or this place, but.... No one gets back to you, even though you consistently try over and over again No one else will help you, once you've asked for someone, just because you saw their name on the listing. Even when you tell them how they don't return calls and you've never met them Once you finally are able to speak to the person, after diligently trying to reach them, the place is gone and they tell you they will send you all they have that fits your needs. NEVER DO! They also advertise places for a certain price but we you do talk to them without ever meeting you, they tell you the price is more. Allot more. (Then update the listing). If you're this busy, then hire some others. They don't even deserve one star, but you have to put atleast one smh"
