"Overall we liked it. The condo needs a lot of attention. Extremely Minimal accommodations in the kitchen. the snacks that they left us as a complimentary item were all old and stale. we weren't able to take advantage of the tub because there wasn't enough hot water for the entire condo. The washer and dryer are in desperate need of upgrading as they are rusted out and leave marks on your clothing. the location was very nice and we did enjoy our stay. the pool and hot tub hours are kind of silly as it would be really nice to enjoy the hot tub at night. Somebody chains up the door at dusk. We might stay here again but would probably look around."

"Perfect location for dolphin watches, tiki bar visits at Shepard's, beach and sand with music daily and the BEST Sunset views!!! Our condo was clean, quiet and best of all, SMOKE FREE!!"
"Absolutely great place to stay for our family of four with 2 college age kids. Can’t beat the views and location. The beach chairs, umbrella and cart are definitely a bonus! We used these everyday at both Clearwater Beach and St Beach beach. Pool was also super nice. Not too big and not too small. We will stay again!"
"Great condominium property with 55 units. They are primarily short term vacation rentals. Location is perfect as it is within walking distance to everything. Beach is across the street. The balconies on all of the units are huge about 300 square feet that overlook the bay where frequent dolphin sightings are enjoyed."
