Beach Time Rentals

"Be careful dealing with Beach Time Rentals. My car was recently damaged at one of their rentals and they are refusing to help. My car was hit and dented by a gate that doesn’t latch at 728 Beach Trail (basic property neglect) while driving down beach trail. This company has refused to help and provide the property owners information for insurance purposes. In fact I was told the owners are lawyers… Take that how you will, but seemed a bit off putting/ threatening to me. The receptionist yelled at me and Heidi at Beach Time Rentals basically said they would not help and suggested I make a claim with my insurance. Both women were incredibly rude. This company is absolutely awful. I’d suggest looking elsewhere for your next beach rental."

"Our family's recent stay at Tropical Treasure beach townhome was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by every aspect of this property. The location is a beach lover's dream. It's just minutes away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for those sunset strolls on the sand. The townhome is nestled in a tranquil area, away from the hustle and bustle, allowing us to truly relax and unwind. It feels like a brand new home, spacious, and filled with natural light, creating a welcoming and airy atmosphere. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-appointed with modern fixtures. We were impressed by the attention to detail in the furnishings - it truly felt like a home away from home. The open kitchen was generously equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and it was a pleasure to cook in such a well-designed space. The extra-large hot tub was a hit with our group - the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. The game machines provided entertainment for everyone, and the availability of beach chairs and towels made our beach trips even more enjoyable. I must commend the management company for their responsiveness and professionalism. They made the check-in process easy, and their prompt responses to our questions and needs were greatly appreciated. Parking was plentiful and hassle-free, which is a huge plus, especially in beachside locations where parking can sometimes be a challenge. In summary, this beach townhome rental exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a perfect place for our vacation. We can't wait to return for another stay!"

"Our stay has been amazing! Clean rooms, kitchen,livingroom and a huge place with everything you need . Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We saw dolphins right outside our balcony. My kids loved our stay here especially when swimming at the pool. This has been the best experience ever."

"On our way home from an amazing 3 weeks at the Sea Breeze house in Clearwater Beach! Our favorite rental of the last 3 years! Located just around the corner from the beach, in the beautiful quiet north end of the island but close enough to walk or trolley to all the action. The House was clean, stocked with Beach toys, chairs, kitchenware, great layout and TV, and pool and nice fenced yard with plenty of room and beautiful landscaping. We had 6 adults and 2 children. Mona, the property manager is great to work with, always addresses questions and concerns, is always kind and responsive! Read all the other reviews and for us the positives far out weighed the negatives. The pool does have a small leak somewhere and we topped it off about every other day. We stayed for 3 weeks. The pool service came weekly and cleaned pool but almost impossible to keep sand out well because you are right beside a beach… it’s in the air. Also you will track some stuff into the pool because the stone pavers around the pool aren’t sealed and some are dislodging a bit. The screened in patio section is great, plenty of seating and toy storage space! Right outside to the right of it is a tree/bush that does shed a lot of big leaves.
