"I understand businesses get busy, however the amount of times that myself and others have called back to back days at a time and weeks even months is ridiculous. You all never answer the phone. It’s understandable if there is no availability however, that doesn’t give a reason for you all to just decide not to answer the phone and there is no way you all are that busy I know this first hand because I have relative who lives in this complex. Please answer the phones it’s not that hard"

"Staff are so unprofessional.. I have come to the office several times and the door was locked.. What's the purpose of havin a sign on door if u still not open? Staff with scarves on their heads.. Smh business attire is a joke.. A let down professionally to me.. Always losing documents.. Security never deals with the parkin issues. All them cars don't live here.. Laundry room is always a mess"

"This place is a total joke I've called several times and reference to applying for an apartment I am 57 years old disabled and looking so relocate to Florida I've called several times and got different information From 2 different people. The front desk employee Greeta and the manager Alexi, both are very unprofessional. I was told I would have to drive 10 hours there from SC just to fill out an application, ( No guarantees I will get the apartment) I asked could you tell me what document information they would need for the application she told me I would have to get that information online, if I did not have access to the Internet they could not help me, just come into the office. Once again I tried to explain to her I would be driving 10 hours to fill out an application can you just tell me what paperwork I would need to bring with me NO the information is onine and hung up the phone. Personally I feel if you treat someone that is elderly and disable this way God only knows how they will treat me if I lived there. I feel they were very disrespectful not professional at all. I hope their parents never have to look for a 55 plus community apartment in experience what I just had to deal with..this is so bad what in the hell is this world coming to...smh"

"I lived at Dixie court for 2 years and I'm breaking my lease due to relocation. Dixie court provided a safe and comfortable home for myself and my two children. The office staff are kind and the maintenance team is amazing .Their response to any concerns are almost immediate. Let's not forget the affordable rental rates. Dixie Court is NOT YOUR AVERAGE low income complex, I think the only thing they are missing is a pool. This will be a very bitter sweet move for me. Thank you Dixie Court and team you are amazing."

"I lived at Dixie court from October 2014 to may of 2018 it was ok living here they provide a clean environment and try to keep the place clean. The office staff are nice and they try to handle any work orders as fast as possible. The 2/2 I lived in was nice and quaint and I was comfortable. The rent is affordable for income restrictions."
