"Good morning, I moved to Miami, Florida from Gulfport, Mississippi. I booked Krymwood Flats in Wynwood for my first AirBnB stay. Sunday, November 5, 2023, to Tuesday, December 5, 2023, was when I checked in. At first, I was nervous about booking this AirBnb because I knew nothing about the location. It was the best decision I could have made since moving to Florida. Everything about my stay at this Airbnb was great, from the booking to the check-out! Everything went smoothly because to the host's great communication, which included thorough information and quick replies. The accommodations were excellent. The space was neatly furnished and well-kept. The location was perfect, it was tucked away in a quiet area but near to all the activities. A worry-free stay was ensured by the host's obvious care for security and hygiene. I had to book it twice because it was so great. I made the decision to remain longer on November 30, 2023, from Tuesday, December 5, 2023, to Thursday, January 4, 2024. I highly recommend this host for a top-notch Airbnb experience. "WILL UPDATE AFTER MY STAY: I am coming from Ohio to stay here for clinical rotations for 6 weeks. So far, the employees have been easy to talk to and very helpful! Every time I called some one answered and if they didn’t, I got a call back right away! Customer service is great. I’m moving in today and will update my review later. ****Update:**** I still believe the customer service is great. I had a direct number to text and they answered all times of the day. I’m taking one star away because they need to improve the parking situation. This place is what I like to call “you get what you paid for”. It’s on the cheap side especially given the location so close to downtown. The studio itself was very clean. Outside looks a little sketch but again if this is a brief stay like it was for us it’s fine. I never felt unsafe. There would be parties down the street sometimes but never loud enough I couldn’t sleep. Window AC worked fine. No oven though keep in mind. It would be nice if they threw in a microwave. They have a little toaster oven we never used."

"The management seems to have improved from the last couple of years. The rooms still need cleaned better and taken care of better but I am satisfied with the level of attention management played this year. They emailed a lot and replied quickly. They were kind. I had a few issues with payment and I'm still not satisfied with that issue but they did try to take care of us in a timely manner, and made sure I got the room I wanted, which I appreciate. All in all, for the price compared to other places during basel, you're getting a good deal here price wise. It's also close to a lot of places and wynwood. I felt safe in the neighborhood walking alone."

"Definitely a different experience. I was looking for a place to stay close to the hospital for my wife's appointment and this was it. The apartment was cozy and pleasant but a little hard to find. It may appear to be a shady part of Miami but it's a surprisingly quiet area. I'd stay here again although my wife is still unsure."

"This place was disgusting! The walls were dirty. The sheets on the bed were dirty. There was a huge roach in the shower. The wall sockets were falling out of the wall. There were several holes in the walls. This was not a safe or secure area with little to no outside lighting. AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I am now out of $1100 because we could not stay there. It felt very unsafe! They refuse to refund our money."
