Though has to do improvements in Cafe staff the gentleman there by the name of Jose does an excellent job in trying in keeping his service with all customers on the long lines. The management should consider putting more staff to assisted this cafe booth on all 7 days per week No matter what day I visit this day there is always only Jose working alone. When the demand is heavy driving late hours. This slows the process of us a loyal customers getting the food we would like to have after investing our money on your machines! At least increase the help in that area to assist Jose or anyone that is working alone the cafe area. P.S. Service stars goes to Jose in Front Cafe area and Michael in night shift front desk."

"Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and comfy. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend the casino and Mikosukee air boat ride and village. I always consider staying at independently owned businesses and hope you will too. Support the Mikosukee!"

"A quick road trip stop to the casino and for lunch, didn't stay at the hotel. No complaints about the loose slot machines. I spent my winnings on food, so they broke even on me. Snack bar food ok. Heavy security presence throughout the place and workers don't seem all that happy or friendly so it's a bit of an uneasy atmosphere."

"This hotel is a great deal if you’re looking for something affordable and somewhat in the middle of the Keys and Miami. We got a deluxe suite king and it’s massive! Totally big enough for even two couples to share if one set slept on pullout couch. Nice hotel overall. Clean. Great service. Casino does not have game tables other than a small poker room but we didn’t choose this for the casino so it was fine. Parking is plenty and free. We would stay here again."
