They greeted me by name, efficiently assisted with check-in, and alleviated the stress of a late arrival. The service staff at the continental breakfast went above and beyond, ensuring freshness and catering to everyone's needs in a friendly atmosphere. The room was neat and clean, and the hotel's location was convenient for our needs. Overall, a great place to stay with outstanding service."

"Hands down amazing customer service. Thank you for your patience and providing great care from checking to check out. Front Desk is wonderful can't say the same for Courtyard Marriott in Homestead. Hate I had to change hotels bc of location distance for my send week of working in the area. You guys are phenomenal at the front desk. Rooms were clean, housekeeping lead was super kind and the older lady at breakfast was GREAT thank you all."

"Got impressed by the people and hotel. - People there really understand what hospitality means. - breakfast is really good with small buffet with some healthy and tasty options. Coffee is good enough for us coming from C. America - rooms are big, clean, new, well equipped. Hotel is 30-40 mins from downtown Miami, but it's easy to get into the highway and reach your destination. I wasn't sure about this hotel because of the distance but at the end it was good decision. Miami Zoo is just 7 mins away and it's amazing!!!"

Even though it's listed as 2* on google maps, this hotel was way better than many other 3* places we've stayed at."

"Always a pleasure to stay here when I go to Zoo Miami with my family! The staff are always polite and very helpful! I am usually able to check in early morning before my family and I go to the zoo and we are provided with an update see upon request to bigger sized rooms! I am not sure why all those other negative comments when all 4 of my stays at this hotel have been great! HOTEL SMELLS GREAT! CLEAN! LOVELY STAFF! GREAT LOCATION!"
