The Forge Lofts at FATVillage

"I was one of the first tenants, and am very satisfied with all aspect of the building. Management has been responsive to my questions and needs, and even with a few minor odd and ends to correct in the beginning, it has been a very pleasant experience to live there."

"I don’t live here (yet), but I came to look for a place before they finished construction and the building is incredible! All the units are so beautiful and have such an amazing feeling. The building is a luxury loft so you will pay luxury prices (as of 2023 the year I am writing this review). The one thing I didn’t like was the parking garage. Since they have space limitations, they installed garage elevators which is not my favorite if you are a household that is coming and going all day. Overall it’s a great building when it comes to the architecture."

"Beautiful Loft residences. Very unique and different from your normal apartment. Very close to downtown without being in the chaos. You won't find anything like it around!"

"I have been in this building now for over 2.5 months and still having issues. I went 2 months without power to the kitchen outlets, and still to date water dripping from shower head all night and cold water in shower. Management is dismissive, delayed and in cases non-responsive. I know other tenants with the same issues and experience. One of the positive reviews below in the thread is actually someone who works for the building at Forge. For the money you pay, you can find a better place. I wish someone told me this before I moved in."

"Amazing Lofts with state of the art amenities!!! This building has all the newest and most up to date stuff you want to see. Starting from the parking garage, the fitness center has all the equipment you could ever need, the pool area is breath-taking and everyone I have encountered at this building is very friendly and welcoming. Everyday is like coming home to your own private luxury penthouse. I would highly recommend renting at The Forge Lofts!!"
