"I have to be honest, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience living at this apartment complex. It’s evident that many of the positive reviews are fake because every neighbor I’ve spoken to shares my dissatisfaction. The lack of communication from management is appalling – the police are here almost weekly, yet residents are never informed about what’s happening, leaving us feeling unsafe and uninformed. Additionally, the ongoing issue of package theft from the package room is unacceptable, and management has failed to address it adequately. It’s truly disheartening to see such neglect and disregard for the well-being of residents. Not to mention the building is poorly made and the walls are paper thin. I would strongly advise others to NOT move here."

"Definitely the best and easy moving I had in the past couple years! Everything from A to Z was perfect Iris she’s great and very helpful with anything I was asking and also after the moving ! The people in the building so nice and I enjoying the apartment every single second I’m here! Highly recommend to everyone who want to move into this building!"

"I want to start off by saying the leasing agents both Natasha and Iris are phenomenal and don’t get enough praise! The hoops and measures they go thru to ensure a great living experience should always be something to admire. As for Elyps and the living experience, its been nothing but fun and enjoyable. The atmosphere is nice and calm and the other residents are surprisingly nice and keep to themselves. If you wanted or needed an introduction to a modern and luxury way of living Elyps is definitely it, and the leasing agents help achieve that. Floors and hallways from what i have seen are cleaned DAILY.. (big praise to the building staff for keeping it spotless). Pest control which is big for me is done once a month and I haven’t seen not even an ant inside my apartment. Most places have things to dislike but since being here I haven’t been able to find one and trust me I’ve looked! Amazing place and staff. 10/10"
