"The girls at the leasing office are very rude. Explained to me they would only look at tax statements which I thought was strange. A few months later my buddy gets an apt here. What do you know, they were willing to look at only bank statements for him. Only reason I could imagine is because my girl friend is not American and did not speak good English. Maybe that’s why they were so quick to get rid of us. That being said it was great for us anyway being we found a building very close for ALOT less. Much better deals to be had in area."

"I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment at The Rise Building, and I wanted to share my experience, even though I ultimately didn’t proceed with renting. Krys, the leasing agent who assisted me, was truly exceptional. Not only did she showcase the apartment with enthusiasm, but she also provided valuable insights and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the property and willingness to address my inquiries made the apartment viewing experience memorable. Although I decided not to rent at this time, I felt compelled to acknowledge Krys’s professionalism and the remarkable quality of the apartment. If my circumstances change in the future, The Rise Building will certainly be at the top of my list, thanks to the positive impression created by Krys."

"The apartment community is fine, there is a Rumble boxing studio on the ground floor so that's a plus. However, I had an appointment and for some reason although the leasing agents knew I had an appointment at 10:30am, all the staff was present at this meeting; when my tour time was clearly marked on the calendar. That tour time was not blocked off and available for me to select on their website. I stood outside waiting for 9 minutes. Then once I was finally let in, I had to wait an additional 6 minutes while they finished their meeting. Then the leasing specialists came out and looked surprised that I was waiting there. It was awful to say the lease. I felt unwelcomed and the leasing staff was the farthest from inviting. I will not be back. The units were nice and the amenities were lovely. I'm not a fan of the one parking space per unit, that's awful. But I will not be back so I am not dwelling on it. And they all need to work on their customer service. Just awful and very uninviting."

"No building is perfect - especially in South Florida given that it’s become such a hot market. Some may consider the rules a bit strict and I do wish the building had more elevators and some guest parking, but I knew what I was walking into when I signed the lease as they were very transparent. However I will say I have greatly enjoyed my experience at the Rise. The amenities are great and the leasing office staff is truly kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, like many buildings in the area, it’s above my budget at this time so I am not resigning and will be moving up north. A special thank you to Venessa, Krys, and Julia for all that you do! Maintenance is wonderful as well."

"I have been living in The Rise since May of 2022 and absolutely love all aspects of the building! The management and maintenance staff are all very friendly and do a wonderful job of making sure everything on the admin side and maintenance aspects of the building are up to par. My apartment was immaculate upon moving in and the finish inside is fantastic, as well as the building cleanliness. All amenities are TOP NOTCH and it really feels like living in a luxury hotel. All of the tenants are very friendly and it is a quiet community, which I am very grateful for. For everything that is offered and the location the building is in has given me everything I could ask for in an apartment in Flagler village!"
