"I’ve had a really great experience living here the past 10 months since moving from out of state. First off, the location is unbeatable. I’m only a short walk away from amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Downtown Las Olas is a gem. I personally work remote and this building has a nice co-working space for when I want to change things up from working out of my apartment. The staff has always been super helpful and responsive anytime I need anything. Overall, highly recommend!"
"I lived at 10 Riverwalk for one year. During that year, I had numerous packages stolen right next to the concierge desk. Since this is one of the only buildings that offers 24/7 concierge service, I was assured safety of their residents is priority. When I brought this to the attention of the concierge, I never heard back from management. The concierge is an illusion. Anyone off the street can walk into the package room & walk out with absolutely anything at any time. The parking garage is an absolute joke. First off the parking attendants are extremely rude & when your parking pass constantly doesn’t work they question you as if you don’t even live in the building. Instead of prioritizing the residents they also allow anyone visiting in Las Olas to park. The parking garage was constantly disgusting, full of scary people drinking openly before they walk to the bars. You could only imagine what kind of crowd this was. There was times where I was scared walking from my car to the building. Your guests have to pay by the hour to come over and visit you. No process set in place for guest parking. It was to the point where my friends would just pay to Uber over because the parking lot would be full from all the non residents they allow to pay to park! The elevators are constantly broken and take over 10 minutes to reach your floor on a daily basis. There was constantly dog pee in every hallway and elevator to add to it. Management has changed 3 times in the year I’ve been here. When you ask for management it’s a new face every time. The incompetence is at an all time high. I have moved out two months ago and have not received my deposit. I was promised by the new manager, Kevin that I would receive my full deposit back with no cleaning fees, deducted or any other fees due to the negligence of their staff. He claimed my deposit would be returned 100% in full because packages being stolen on a daily basis. Well, I’ve been waiting on my deposit to be returned. I have called the office so many times I can’t even count. It goes to voicemail every single time after ringing for about 10 minutes. When I finally reached the concierge after about 15 calls, I’m transferred to the office where nine out of 10 times it goes to voicemail again! I have reached the new girl who works in the office, who has given me the corporate office number to call who “handles all of the deposits”. When I call I stay on hold listening to elevator music for 45 minutes. I have done this 12 times just to have the line disconnected each time saying “ We’re all busy right now. Please call again”. Hours of my time. I called a week and ago and explained to this to the assistant manager. She sympathized with my frustrations & said she would have the head of corporate reach out to me. I let her know I would not leave a review if she was able to reach out to me by the end of that day. I called back a week later and explained to the assistant manager AGAIN that no one ever called me. She calmly asked me if I would like to reach out to her via email and schedule the best time for them… As if she had completely forgotten our previous conversations where she assured me, corporate was going to reach out and fix all of this. I asked her if she even remembered who I was where she said, yes, she recalls our last conversation perfectly. I’ve explained so many times that I am available at ANY time for this phone call. Why do I have to schedule a call to get my money back eight weeks after moving out of your property? The office loves to say they have no connection to corporate. Must be nice not having to take any responsibility of the money you collect. The left-hand doesn’t know what the right hands doing. This place is an absolute mess. It is now been two weeks since that conversation. I have two friends living here now that can’t wait to get out and already signed new leases nearby. There’s so many wonderful buildings in the same area that several of my friends had amazing experiences with! For less!!! Don’t waste your time, the amenities are a fraud."

"New assistant manager, Elisa, is one of the reasons why I moved here. She was super friendly to me when I came to tour, and even offered to reach her if I ever needed anything. I moved here from out of state, but Elisa made me feel like I was right at home. The apartments themselves are beautiful. A bit pricey, but I understand the value. Thanks, Elisa and team!"
