"It's affordable It has a dog park and a pool in the inside little convenience store with a gym. Neighbors are usually great and very peaceful. Would I recommend anybody to move here Yes I would. It's definitely not perfect but it's definitely livable."

"HORRIBLE place. DO NOT LIVE HERE. We pay $1500 and for what? For holes in our ceilings. This place is old and WILL fall apart on you. Even after this, landlord still has the nerve to raise rent. Pathetic. The staff is responsive, and are generally very good at getting to work orders. What other choice do they have? This entire place is falling apart on the daily."
