"When we got there the room was dirty from previous residents. We then asked for our money back for the first day but we got ghosted. Also there is a very loud train station right next to the building so have fun getting woken up at night."

"This building is absolutely spectacular! The pool and recreational areas are beautiful With unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay. Every unit in this building is unique and it’s layout there are no two exactly alike. The building allow short-term rentals, so it’s great for investors looking to own an awesome unit in Miami yet retain full control of their property and rent it out as many times per year as they like! The building offers on-site property management at a very competitive rate, and they take care of EVERYTHING. Definitely a very unique building in Miami, not only for its flexibility, amenities, and forever unobstructed bay views, but also for its AMAZING LOCATION— right next to the up-and-coming renowned design district. You can walk to all the best shops and restaurants in Miami, just a short ride over the bridge to the beach, and a couple of streets from I-95 and other major highways. The entrance and decorations throughout the building are also beautiful! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a condo in Miami— many financing options available to investors (foreign or domestic)— and definitely recommend for anyone looking for an airbnb or short term rental in Miami!
