"Thank God for protecting us from this atrocity. Booked on booking.com, when we got there it was in the ghetto, old batteries and trash outside, we were told it was a downstairs unit but then later were told it was upstairs, in a shared hallway, they refused to let us preview the unit, we had to drive to another hotel to get the keys, they wouldn't give us keys until we paid, so we said no thanks. Pics lie about the kitchenette, "furnished apartment" is more like a room with a bed, they told me there is no kitchen like the photos show. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!! QUALITY IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET HERE! However, they were professional at the office but that doesn't make up for the scam going on here.... BBB needs to know about this one!"

"Reasonably priced and clean. Our unit was an efficiency which is nice. Only gripe is that there were substantial problems in our room with Internet and Smart TV connectivity. The result was that we could not watch TV."

"Poorly run mis-managed business. It's crazy that there is no office at this location (rooms only). You have to go to the Motel on N. US1 (10 mins away by vehicle) to resister and pay and then go back there again to get your deposit back after your stay and you might have to wait until someone goes to check the room first. The manager didn't seem to care about my inconvenience at unit #5 for 1 night. Here they are: Room wasn't ready at 4:pm check in. Had to wait 20 more mins on towels and 1 bath towel was damp. There was no soap supplied and less than a half a roll of toilet tissue was in the bathroom, I had to use my own paper towels when I ran out. Thank God I had my own soap! Only a tiny bottle of shampoo and 2 pieces of candy were given. The fridge was leaking, badly needed defrosting, had to wipe up water with towel. No cookware, only 1 small pot. Discovered next morning that the bathroom window was unlocked the whole night while I slept (I'm a female and was by myself) ). The windows need better privacy blinds and the bottom lock on front door was not working but the top was. The neighborhood seemed quiet but he walls are thin and there are glass shelves in the shower witch can cause an accident. Lastly, the room was newly renovated and looks nice but the service sucks. I would not recommend this motel unless you're desperate. Save yourself a headache."

"DO NOT GO. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. THE OWNER HAS THE KEYS SOMEWHERE ELSE ABOUT 10 MIN AWAY DRIVING SO YOU’LL HAVE TO SPEND SOME EXTRA MONEY FOR TAXI. HE SENDS YOU THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE EMAIL AS IF YOU WANT TO THINK OF SUCH IDIOTIC WAY OF SOMEONE RENTING OUT A PLACE WHEN YOU’RE TIRED AFTER A FEW FLIGHTS AND BY YHE WAY, HE’LL TRY TO MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF IT’S YOUR FAULT THAT YOU DIDN’T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS HE TRYING TO DO HERE?
