"They are the worst. Place is disgusting and they tricked me into signing and then they told me that my husky was too big. They refused to give me a full refund. I have contacted the Better Business bearu and filed a complaint. Plus it's drug infested. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to that place"

"Stayed there about two weeks in February 2021 and living there was very uncomfortable because first day I noticed floor was soo dirty so I couldn't walk without shoes there and bathroom was not clean. And working staff were unfriendly and didn't want to help even change towels in the room or wipe floor in the room at least once a week. It was very hard to ask for clean towels and wipe floor at least once a week even I gave housekeeping $5 and $10 tips. Staff were very unfriendly and very rude and room was very dirty and with roaches. And also toilet didn't work good. Very uncomfortable stay."

"We had a great time at Richards Pet Friendly Hotel. The employees are all awesome and the rooms are clean and well kept. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. They've put a lot of effort into the outside landscaping. Our dogs also enjoyed the little dog friendly area. We will DEFINITELY be back and plan to stay a few days longer next time.
