"Access rooms from outside, but it is quiet there, so that wasn't a problem. The rooms weren't expensive at all and looked nice and clean. The internet TV SUCKS, they should invest in better internet or some cable service. Great service, comfortable beds, and free wifi"

"My cousin rented the room (this is her account) 3 weeks first time, 4 weeks second time and about the same I believe coming up. The ONLY reason we go is because our bathroom is being remodeled. The picture is the towels they didn't collect so we kept putting them in the tub so the baby didn't get into them. Not sure why the place is even in business they don't follow simple requests. Very difficult if you don't speak Spanish to get a confirmation of your request. Sad that it's so expensive when I've had to go to doctors and pick up medicine too all because they can't clean well. Prime location for locals, close to Dade County plus there's Casinos and restaurants and the mall is 7 miles out West. If only. Think the high reviews are probably employees or short stay guests. The fees they charge for the place you'd think you're getting Hard Rock but nope it's Hard Luck instead."

"For the price tag per night I was hoping at least a clean room. The price is not on par with the quality of the service or the rooms. There is a high humidity/ moisture smell in the rooms , the bathroom is just tiny. The beds are old and the mattress low quality. Definitely not a good experience"
