"The owner is awesome and the rent is fair. The owner and his family/employees are doing a great thing in what seemed to be a bit of a rough neighborhood. I wasn't their very long due to a relocation, but enjoyed living there. Its not an ideal place for a single lady to live, but it's not bad either. The apartments themselves are well taken care of and the owner and staff are quick to address any concerns you have. They are pet friendly and the grounds are kept clean (tenants were good about picking up after their animals.) I would definitely rent from the owner again."
