"If you’re considering moving in here be very cautious. The building is constantly under construction, which has included closed balconies, no access to the pools, broken elevators, and blocked valet ramps. These aren’t individual problems either, we’re currently dealing with all of these happening at the same time. Additionally, you’ll most likely have loud apartment construction projects that span several months and rattle your apartment with drilling/hammering noise. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for renting (we will be leaving after our lease is up), and unless you’re planning on never living in one of the condos, I definitely wouldn’t buy here."
"Great size closets and many amenities. Just terrible looking hallways’ carpets. But, that is just cosmetics, the most important things are great! I love that there’s lots of lights in the hallways; some buildings are too dark for my taste. Great views!"
"Would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Twice my bathroom has leaked and the maintenance team could not do anything. When I finally was able to get someone to come and look at it they would not let him into my unit, turned him away, and I was back at square one. Ironically, they allow their construction crews to roam the building. All the outdoor amenities are closed due to this construction and have been for the last 6 months. This year, the balconies on each unit will be locked as they are doing more construction (which will last 4 months). The fire alarms and smoke detectors are constantly being tested. The Elevators constantly break down. For the overall price and exuberant monthly fees you will pay, I would look at other buildings in Brickell."
"As other reviews have mentioned the staff was quite unpleasant to deal with and there are many nonsensical protocols which the staff seeks great pleasure in aggressively enforcing. While trying to move a piece of furniture from the elevator out the front door we were rudely and hurriedly asked by the younger man with (bluetooth?) glasses that was working at the front desk of the south tower at 2:30pm 7/12/22 if we were aware of their no furniture in the lobby policy. Being as we aren't residents we of course were not aware of this policy. In spite of the front door being roughly 20 feet from the elevator we were asked to place the furniture (in a VERY specific manor) halfway down a maze of utility corridors towards a loading dock which we were told we could park our car in and pick it up from there. Well we pull into the loading dock and a short middle aged hispanic man (presumably security as he was wearing a police-like uniform) comes running out waving his arms at us and quite aggressively telling us we couldn't park in the loading dock, contradicting the other man at the desk. Eventually we were able to persuade him to let us park in the loading dock. This proved to be a nightmare however as there were as many rules to parking in the loading dock as his imagination could muster. "Park here, no not there, here. Back into the spot, keep your engine running. You said the furniture is here, I don't see the furniture so where is it actually? Use this piece to hold the door open, no, not like that, like this. Hurry up, I have to go. Don't take that piece, take this piece from me." It went something like that, all the while in an aggressively condescending tone. He seemed to be enjoying his authority. Upon leaving I went back inside to tell the younger man with the (bluetooth?) glasses about our experience, starting by letting him know that we had moved our furniture as he had asked. What he returned this news with was somewhere between a blank stare and a condescending smirk to let me know that I was wasting his time by sharing this information. I told him how he and the other man had contradicted each other and both had been quite rude. His response sadly was to argue and tell me what I had done wrong. Not wishing to enter into an argument with him I left. The building itself is nice, the units are nice, and the amenities seem to be nice from pictures I've seen. Elevators as others have mentioned is an issue. How frustrating would it be to spend $500k, $600k, etc on a condo here, pay for these peoples salary with your HOA and be treated like a common criminal? I'm giving the building two stars due to the quality of the construction."
"I like my apartment but the elevator issues are never-ending. 4 elevators per tower is nowhere near what is necessary for the occupancy of the building. There is always at least 1 elevator not working and most days someone is moving so there are effectively 2 working elevators in a tower built with 4. I would not rent here until all elevator repairs are finished. ***Update - yet another elevator has broken. If I owned a unit here I would be fuming. I must also say that the security officers walking around the pool area really kill the vibe. It feels like I’m on house arrest or something. There is no need for 3 security officers to constantly circle people at the pool when there are no issues."
