"I just moved into the building and couldn’t be happier! The manager Dania helped me during all the process and since day one she has been very attentive, informative, friendly and extremely helpful. The building has great amenities and also a plus to have a market inside of the building. The rest of the management team is very helpful and always willing to help."
"Never live with MELO. especially in this billing. The most inhumane attitude, the worst service, lack of security, scammers, your deposit will never be returned to you, never face it. Fines for everything! for just breathing there! My PREGNANT WIFE and I were refused to renew the contract 2 weeks in advance due to the fact that my MOM lived with us for a couple of months and I did not register her and they gave us a fine of $3550 and simply kicked us out of the apartment! Patricia is just a demon in the flesh! NEVER LIVE IN THIS HOUSE! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE FIRE!"
"They will keep your deposit no matter what. If you want to leave across a Jail that your visitors will not be able to stop ( I didn’t say park, “ stop”) then this is the perfect building for you. If you want to smell marihuana 24/7 this is the perfect building for you. If you wanna be in an elevator always packed and stopping every floor this is the perfect building for you. If you want to have the worst customer service in all rentals coming ties in Miami this is the perfect building for you. When you move out they will say that they need to repaint your unit and will keep your deposit ( even that when you move in they didn’t paint it ). This is how they operate and make money on you."
"This is a top property with luxury amenities for the most affordable price in the Downtown Miami area. Brand new building with a exquisite modern touch. The management team is amazing and ready to take care of the tenants. The whole process of leasing is seamless and super fast. The views from the apartments are breathtaking and the supersize gym in front of the pool area are from out of the world. Recommend it 100%"
"Ok, so I may be the anomaly among these reviews. I am NOT an employee, but I am a resident who moved in at the beginning of August. Things are improving significantly. The power outages are non existent at this time, alarms are not going off in the middle of the night, the elevators work without stoppages, the phones are being answered with a choice between the east or west tower, access to the mailboxes are not impeded and the offices are not congregated by staff with their hands in their pockets, answering questions unprofessionally. I’m finally enjoying the experience of living here. Now, not everything is absolutely perfect. Access to the pool is still unavailable, but it looks completed which is a good sign that it should be opened soon. There is an entry system that appears to be recently installed in the front west tower, so hopefully fobs should be distributed to each tenant shortly. I think that until the security access system is up and running, improving access to the building from the street especially at night, requires significant improvement. One or two security guards, although they are pleasant is not suffice. Maybe, one of the staff members could contact the tenant by phone to announce visitors in the lobby. In addition, installing cameras in the elevators and in the hallways on each floor will provide tenants with an added level of reassurance and security. Finally, it would be convenient for them to establish an online maintenance system to address maintenance requests in addition to a portal to pay the rent online. Those are the things that requires immediate improvement, but it’s not the end of the world. Again, I’m NOT an employee, but I must stress that my experience living here is becoming a lot more pleasurable than it was in the past. Maybe, management should communicate better with their tenants through email blasts about events, amenities and maintenance updates which in part, will result in less complaints. Update (10/21): The pool is open; secured access is up and running; monthly rentals payments can be accomplished via ACH, the staff is friendlier and the sun is shining!!! Life goes on!!"
