"This is my second year spending one month at Casa Brickell during the summer, and at this point, I would be very disappointed to not return each year. After becoming quite familiar with Brickell and the greater Miami/ Miami Beach area, I will not even consider staying elsewhere because my overall standard of living here has become so high, and I do not want to be disappointed somewhere else. Location: This building is in a prime location. The neighborhood is safe, and very pedestrian friendly. Right in the thick of countless incredible restaurants (two excellent restaurants located on the property), nightlife, Brickell City Center for shopping, Brickell Key for stunning sunsets, and so much more. Very close drive (>20 min) or an inexpensive Uber to multiple hot spots including MIA airport, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Design District and Little Havana. Unit: Waking up to the sunrise over Biscayne Bay makes you never want to leave this home. The unit itself is beautifully decorated. It feels cozy and is fully furnished with kitchen tools and essentials, linens, bathroom essentials and more. It feels furnished as if you already live here, yet there is more than enough storage space for your personal belongings. The modern decor is functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of space to work from home, relax, and make yourself at home. The double balcony overlooking the bay from the living room and bedroom is a tremendous asset to this unit. Furniture and appliances are clean and in new condition. The unit is spotless upon arrival and basic cleaning essentials are conveniently provided. Building: The building itself offers resort-like amenities. You really do not need to leave to enjoy a fulfilling stay. The rooftop level pool with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay is unmatched. The mid-level cabana pool features tons of cozy seating, work areas, wifi, a gym, barbecue grill, and more. Complimentary coffee bar and work lounge are clean and quiet. 24 hour doorman service makes the building feel safe and secure. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The building is extremely clean and they take pride in the immaculate condition of the facilities. Host: Monica has been hands down the most cooperative and considerate host I have worked with. She is extremely professional, thoughtful and considerate. She is an excellent communicator- should you need anything, she is very easy to reach and responds promptly. She is trustworthy and dependable. Leasing was a breeze with a very clear and concise contract. Logistically speaking, the whole process was incredibly easy. I would 10/10 recommend Casa Brickell for your next stay in Miami."

Everything was clean and the place was well stocked with kitchen supplies and in-unit laundry to make you comfortable during your stay. The unit is very modern and well designed.
