I'm in love with my spacious apartment. The location in Brickell is fantastic, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Additionally, the amenities provided by Soma At Brickell are great. I love the 24-hour gym which has a lot of equipment that you don’t really need a gym membership. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here!"

I'd like to highlight that Kevin has been very helpful and attentive throughout the whole entire process. He has made sure that every request is attended to in a timely manner. It's a quiet building, the parking is easy, maintenance crew responds to any issues quickly and efficiently, and I use the pool/grill setup on the rooftop regularly. Alex, the manager of the building, is great. I recently decided to move from my current apartment and into a new unit in the building. Alex has made this transition painless. I appreciate he and his team!"
