"I had a distressing experience on 12/07/2023 when Arium management entered my property illegally violating Florida Statute 83.53(2). They stole my personal property, including a computer and a scale, and even removed kitchen and bathroom fixtures while I was still leasing the apartment, please see photos. I STRONGLY caution against moving here. Please review the attached photos for reference. ARLEEN COLON JIMENEZ is very unprofessional."
"I've lived here for a few years now. For tenants that are considering this place there are a few things you should know. Parking spaces are VERY narrow and the larger spaces they've started to rent out for an extra $75 dollars a month. If you drive anything other than a compact car you'll eventually be forced to add that to your monthly cost or risk your car being banged up as more spaces become reserved. Visitor parking is only on one area of the premises, so if you live on the other side and you have people visiting tough luck. Parking enforcement. This folks have hired a 3rd party company to drive around at night giving tickets for minor parking infractions. For example, I got a new car (same license plate) and before I had the time to get a new decal sticker at the leasing office on Monday I already had multiple tickets $100+, appeals ignored even though I've lived in this community for years. May as well be parked on the street. Your tire so much touches the line you'll get a ticket ~$85. Security. Even though they hired a company to hand out parking tickets to residents there's virtually NO security in this place. You can pretty much just walk in through the side of the leasing office. The gate was down and completely open for 6+ months and is broken 90% of the time. I even saw a homeless man wondering in the parking lot once. My car was sifted through one time but I don't keep any valuables. Another time my next door neighbor was throwing shoes at my door talking about how she had squatters (not sure if it was a medical condition). Constant emails being sent by the leasing office about how they don't tolerate "criminal activities" marijuana use. So if you have a medical card, really don't recommend it here. The fence outside my apartment facing the water has been broken with cones for over a year. Really glad I pay extra for this view...I can hear my neighbor going to the bathroom and flushing. The only good experience has been with the maintenance guys which take care of the apartments fast and are friendly. Main office never help with any price negotiations or any parking enforcement issues. You're on your own. Rent payment is strictly digital now, for a convenience fee of course. Conclusion. Parking enforcement is predatory. Mostly small compact parking spots. Larger ones are being offered for extra $. Visitor parking far. No security. No charging station for electric vehicles. Expensive."
"“My long-term residency speaks volumes about the appeal of this apartment complexum. My satisfaction reflects positively on the management's efforts in maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. The leasing agent Noemi is a very kind and helpful person so as well the property manager Arleen and the assistant manager Maylen. If you are looking for a great place to live don’t look any further.”"
"Service I recently had the pleasure of exploring Arium Lincoln Pointe, and while I didn't ultimately move in due to the distance from my workplace, I felt compelled to share my positive experience, especially regarding the leasing agent and the community itself. From the moment I stepped into Arium Lincoln Pointe , I was captivated by its beauty. The well-maintained grounds, thoughtful amenities, and inviting atmosphere created a truly appealing environment. It's evident that the community is designed with care and attention to detail. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the leasing agent. Noemi went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and informed. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for the community made the entire process enjoyable. Despite my decision to find a place closer to my workplace, I wanted to express my gratitude for the outstanding service and the wonderful impression Arium Lincoln Point left on me. If circumstances were different, I wouldn't hesitate to make this community my home."
"My review is based on my time at Lincoln Pointe from Summer 2018 to Spring 2021. I had a good experience living at Lincoln Pointe. It was quiet and family friendly with plenty of places to go within walking distance. I experienced friendly neighbors and always felt safe on property. The maintenance crew was excellent with assisting any issue and most things were taken care of within a 24 hour period. Even when my a/c broke, maintenance was quick to come & resolve it. Lincoln Pointe is a dog-friendly community, so although you will encounter many friendly dog owners, you will also encounter those who do not pick up after their dogs. Management during my stay at Lincoln Pointe were A+. The negatives of living at Lincoln Pointe during my time there were slim. The parking situation was not great. I lived in Building 3 (the largest one) and if I ever came home late at night, I had to park all the way over behind Building 1. Parking spots are tight and unfortunately, those with little "luxury" cars loved taking the larger spots. The lot would also flood during heavy storms and was a nightmare if you were getting home during it. I do wish the gate had been promptly fixed during my time there. Although I felt safe during my time there, after the gate broke, car break-ins did occur. Overall, my experience at Lincoln Pointe went well and I enjoyed my time."
