"I don’t know who Samantha is in the Office!!! But they NEVER answer the phone. The finger access machine has been down for WEEKS, and NOBODY has answers, which means I have to go through so much just to get in the building to my unit where I pay bills. I call alllll day and no answer, but front desk can get a response before me. Let’s not get started with the valet service. RIDICULOUS. Can’t wait to move soon. I’ve had ENOUGH, and I’ve never been through anything like this before. I really wish I can give NO STARS!!!!!"

"My wife lived here for quite a few years. I moved in and stayed there for about a year before we moved away. Be aware of the $100 fines they like to throw around like free toilet paper. They wanted to charge my wife's previous roommate a $100 fine because she didnt register her car with them....she didnt own a car. So she had nothing to register. They gave friends of ours a $100 fine because when they took their little wagon with beach stuff between the apartment and car, a shirt fell out of the wagon. They didnt see it, and they got fined for not picking it up. Instead of the fine, why not let them know they lost one of their clothing pieces. When we moved out, we were only allowed to use the "moving" elevator for 3 hrs for 1 day. Thats all you get to move everything out. We asked for another day 2 weeks before so we could rent a storage unit and move some of our things out before, but they didnt allow it. Our neighbours next door smoked marjuana inside their unit, and the smell would travel through the AC vents into our place. We brought it up numerous times but they didnt address it. Almost a year later, and almost all off our friends have moved out. That says a lot. Glad we got out of this place"

"Great building! Nice and clean. It is beautifully renovated.  The front desk staff is super friendly. I think its one of the best building to live in Aventura. We loved living in there! --"

"Management is terrible there. They like to bully their tenants, and there is a $100 fine for any and everything. No one can live in peace without receiving a phone call about any little thing you do. Only one parking spot is allowed per tenant and then it’s $70 a month for an additional, but they pick and choose if they want to allow you to park your car on the property. They will tow your car from your own residence. 0 out of 10 stars. Very unwelcoming, very rude, very unpersonable and overall just makes the living experience at Parc Central East very unpleasant and annoying."
