AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Aventura

"The hotel is ok and for the price they should include either breakfast or parking. Rooms are not "WAO", on the contrary very basic. We had to request for our restroom to be re-cleaned because of dirty floor; specially because of our little one!!"

"Good location. Rooms were very basic, very much on the cheap side. Not super clean either. Breakfast was $25 even for titanium members like me. Very insulting. Never heard of such nonsense. I tried the breakfast once and it wasn’t worth $5. Cold cuts and coffee. WiFi was slow. TV barely worked. Most of the staff barely spoke English. There are better hotels in the area."

"The hotel rooms are not bad, they are clean and I can appreciate the laminate wood floors. But for the price you know that you are paying for location. Service is lack luster. Front desk staff leave much to be desire and almost appear sour in the face. Most of the patrons appear conceited and pompous. The gym equipment need a deep cleansing. I give this location a solid 3 stars out of 5."

"Stayed here for a work trip. My job requires a lot of travel to south Florida. I’ve stayed a ton of places. This one quickly became my favorite. The amenities are clean, the lobby is inviting. Though not open on M&T, the pool bar seemed a fun place to be. Lots of seating and banks of couches. Again very clean. The pool is long, narrow and heated. Check out is noon, so that’s awesome. Right in the middle of Gulf Stream and Aventura mall, in my opinion one of the best malls in FL. The rooms are very large. And best of all, I wasn’t nickel and dime’d w “resort fees” cleaning fees, parking fees, etc. water and ice station on each floor and a fitness center. I’ll stay here again for sure! I could see lack of privacy inside the room being an issue if traveling with others. There is no separation between the bathroom and sleeping area."

"The hotel is fantastic and situated in Aventura, a delightful area for a stroll. Its location is prime, being just a 4-minute drive from Aventura Mall and directly opposite two street malls. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. After a tiring day, instead of heading to a restaurant, I appreciated having nearby food options to take away and enjoy back at the hotel. Additionally, the hotel boasts impressive architecture with spacious interiors, ample lighting, and meticulous maintenance. The rooms are top-notch, especially the bathrooms. While the gym is on the smaller side, it’s equipped with essential workout machines and cardio equipment. The women at the front desk were consistently kind and friendly. However, the man working the night shift could improve his customer service and overall demeanor. Certainly, I will choose AC Aventura as the first option for upcoming visits."
