"I had a bad accident with my Achilles tendon and everybody here at Promenade was amazing! Especially Andres, he personally came to my unit and did an impeccable job at addressing the issue at the restroom. Due to my limited mobility, I was worried about cleaning up, but the replacement happened flawlessly and the unit was left Impeccable. Kudos to the Promenade team! And kudos especially to the maintenance technician Andres who did a superb job in my unit."
"I did a tour today of the apartments available. It’s absolutely stunning there!! They allowed me to tour the day I called and Marlin and the woman he was working with (never got her name!) were wonderful! Not only that, but my car died in the parking lot and they went out of their way to not only move my car, but jump it!! We look forward to signing a lease there."
"We have been living there for 6 years. Everyone has Airbnb in their units. No one is background checked which explains why police cars are there once a month by the dozens. Don’t get the upgraded units they give you plastic floors which tear up when you move. The worst part is when you move they will keep your deposit and charge you a few grand of damages. BEWARE!!!!"
