"I moved into Marine Plaza Apartments one year ago and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. It is a pet-friendly community, and the residents are caring and respectful. The staff are professional and requests for maintenance are handled immediately. Ms. Daisy from the office and Mr. Dariel from maintenance have always been incredibly reliable and responsive whenever I have had the need for any assistance. The building is maintained thoroughly clean, and the pool and all areas are also impeccably clean. I recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to enjoy living close to beaches, airport, downtown, etc., and cannot beat the relaxing water views from the balcony. I look forward to many more years of living enthusiastically in my apartment at Marine Plaza Apartments."
"give the best review of the marine plaza apartments, because the facility is quite clean, the best security for its residents and a magnificent place to live, only one thing is in terrible condition, which is the bathroom, almost none of which works, everything else 10 stars, especially give a special thanks and a 10 star rating to Miss Daisy Medina in the residential Gator office area located at 7020 Rue Granville Dr, Miami Beach, who was the one who assisted me from start to finish With her excellent attention, education, professionalism and good treatment. Thanks to her, the entire hiring process and rent documentation was super fast and I was pleased with the attention she provided."
"I really enjoyed renting here, I had an amazing experience with the staff they help make everything flow easier. If you need any maintenance work or have any doubts about anything going on in the apartment they answer you right away and get things done. I always reach out to Yeily, shes awesome managing, I call her when I've have the slightest issue and they come right away shes always on top of things. They keep everything fixed and up to date and very clean. Great staff all Around they're all sweet and kind. You enjoy coming home the way they keep everything and also keep in touch with the tenants making sure all is well. I would definitely recommend living here if your looking for a place that actually feels like home and has a staff that cares. Thank you!"
"Today was my move out and I have to say that it was sad to say goodbye to this place. The neighbors are friendly and all become a family to one another. We look out for eachother. The staff are extremely professional and also become family. Maray, Daisy, Yeily, and the humble sweet maintenance men who greet you with a smile, I will miss dearly. These men and women are a pleasure to talk to and be assisted by. The location is so centralized. You are legit walking distance to everything. From the gym, grocery store, even a pharmacy. One of the best places I have enjoyed to live at. I had such an amazing experience."
"Gator Investment properties are a hit or miss, before living at Marine Plaza I lived at Granville apartments which was a little bit over priced but I never had any issues. Marine plaza is a huge miss you can nitpick all the issues that Marine plaza has but a major issue that I had to break my lease and move out was they have a huge termite problem and I still have the pictures and emails that I corresponded with the leasing office. They were good of replying to my emails and send a small company to spot treat problem areas. The issue would not get resolved; they were termites in the door and door frame. A chunk of the door frame was missing and the frame was failing apart maintenance all they did was drill in a punch of long screws. Terminates in the bathtub, in the closet and in the bedroom. It’s not the leasing office fault they were always very profession and always reply to messages, its management. Parking is an issue, guests taking up spaces. The bedroom is a decent size, it has a small balcony which is nice, and the closet is big! One thing that aesthetically it bothered the hell out of me was the sink was outside of the bathroom between the closet and bathroom. The bath tub is painted and was pealing after a month of moving in. The Kitchen is small! Only one person can fit in the kitchen at a time. You’re paying $1k a month for a very small 1 bedroom apartment and I would think twice before walking around the neighborhood at night."
